  This smaller pistol is designed for ease of use.   It has a fast fire rate and an automatic reload which is great for smaller kids who get confused about having to manually reload.   The IRT-2X can also be paired in a hosted game with another IRT-2X or TMB Rifle and share the hitpoints of 1 player between the two guns.    Its downfall is the 1-2 seconds of reload time during which a player with a Deluxe Pistol can take advantage.   The fast fire rate, auto reload, natural aim,  and small size makes this gun a favorite of both little kids and adults.  Range 250'+.

Lazer Tag Team Ops (LTTO):

This is a consumer grade gear that in many ways works as well as most commercial grade gear. Everything is built into the gun, there is no need for an external sensor / vest / headband which means no problems with hygiene when swapping gear from one set to another set of players. Each gun has a red dome which is the target and can take hits from any direction. However note that the players body will block shots if shot at from behind. The gear has 2 modes. Legacy - Legacy mode keeps things simple and allows you to have an unlimited number of players in 1 game. In this mode you simply pull the trigger 2 times and the gear starts counting down giving players time to run and take tactical positions. In legacy mode, anyone can tag anyone - you get 10 hits and then the gun shuts down and will not work again till it is reset. Each gun has an LCD with a timer on it that says how long the gun has been in game mode. If someone attempts to cheat by resetting their gun, their timer will not match anyone elses. Hosted Mode - In this mode one gun is setup as the host. The host can choose from a selection of built in games (each gun type has its own games) or a custom game where you select the number of hits, ammo, time, shot blasts, etc are allowed in the game. You can have up to 3 teams with 8 players each. The players then put their guns in join mode and aim their guns at the host gun which programs them with the game parameters. The game is played and at the end the players again point their guns at the host gun which takes in information from all the guns, then downloads the final game tallies back to each gun were the scoring information can be reviewed. Players can then see on their gun's LCD screen their team ranking, individual player ranking, and how they did against each other player in the game (Tagged them: Taged You:). If anyone attempts to cheat by resetting their gun, they can not get back into the game. Only guns in the hosted game can shoot guns in the hosted game. All guns also have a shield button that allows them to deflect shots (but not be able to shoot) for a short period of time. All LTTO guns have an overheat feature - if you fire fast without pause, the gun will enter over heat mode for a few seconds during which time you can neither fire nor use your sheilds - leaving you open to opponent tags.
