Shipping & Returns

We only use Fedex as they are the only carrier that ensures proper delivery time. In most cases ground shipping is used where time is available. Customers may utilize any shipping method for return shipping. It is important to get insurance on return shipping. Customers are responsible for the gear till it is received by 1SLT. Packages should be shipped back to the address from which they were shipped from, unless otherwise noted on the rental contract.
