COLTS - Fog Trials

…As I drove up the last hill the Trials Park my mind started racing. It had been a long time since we had been out here and my mind was plagued with anticipation. We have never had a game at the park after a week of heavy raining which had only stopped the day before. Would the parking lot be a bog that would entrap vehicles in a muddy mess? Would everything be so wet that the players would be soaked within a half an hour of playing? Would the trails be slippery from mud? Did winds destroy our picnic cover structure? Was it safe?

Having a very sore throat and being medicated to the point to where you are in a constant thought state that doesn't let you think can sometimes have its advantages. There was talk amongst one of the online Laser Tag groups about a game called the Twelve days of Christmas...having something to do with finding 5 gold rings... Well my mind took that and ran with it....and I came up with a couple of what I think are cool ideas - being as drugged out of my mind as I am at the moment, I could be wrong...but anyways here are the ideas that I came up with...

Locator Radio Circuit

Years ago we used to use a Worlds of Wonder Toy called the Hid N Sneak, the idea was you placed a transmitter somewhere and then used a locator to find it. This was fun although the range of the toy was a bit limited. Recently I stumbled on a article for a circuit that would be a great replacement.
