Shipping:
Thank you for shopping at our store. Your orders are processed and shipped as promptly as possible to the billing
address you provide once your payment has cleared. Please note that at times it may take up to a week for orders to process when we are out of town or otherwise not available to process orders. For custom orders there
may be an extended assembly or manufacturing time - this is noted in the
description of the products that fall under this category. In
some cases, products are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer - this
saves you money as the cost of shipping from the manufacturer to us is not added
in the price of the item. Some manufacturers have up to a 5 day
delay in shipping. Items that fall under this condition are labeled
as such in the description for the item. Please note that unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via the US Postal Service utilizing the cheapest option available. If the $5 deposit is selected as shipping option, the shipping will be adjusted to the actual shipping cost once that cost is known.
Returns:
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your order please use the
"Contact Us" link at lower left and indicate the reason you
intend to return the item. Please reference the Order Number in
your message to us. You will then be contacted via e-mail with return
information.
NOTE: Returns will only be processed within 30 days of your
order. All "NEW IN BOX" items are
returnable. If you are not happy with the item, just let
us know. Items labeled "AS-IS" in their description are
used items and in most cases we do not accept returns for these
items. We resolve returns on a per order basis depending on the
item and how it is listed. Return shipping
is at your expense. Some items may
be charged a restocking fee to be returned - this protects us from people using
our sales items as a borrow and return system. |
